One of the world's longest running science fiction series returns in a full-length straight to DVD movie which returns our favourite Stargate characters played by the delightful Ben Browder, Michael Shanks, Amanda Topping, Christopher Judge and Claudia Black. The story also attempts to tie up quite some loose ends from the series and begins at a Tok'ra extraction ceremony for the last Goa'uld System Lord, the nefarious Ba'al.

Unfortunately something occurs and Teal'c and Vala vanish without a trace, only for Daniel, Carter and Mitchell to discover that Earth's history has been changed due to the Goa'uld's involvement on Earth during the late 1930's.

Once again it's up to the SG1 team to set things right and this movie has quite a bit of fan service, especially the guest stars and loose ends that they address. For those uninitiated, the movie is quite complex, however it has been squarely aimed at fans of the series and once again, they have gotten it right.

Featuring great video and audio quality, Stargate Continuum SE has some great special features that will make Stargate fans giggle with glee and one can only hope that they return again in another full length movie.
