Slither

The film begins like a cheap C grade horror flick and you begin to say to yourself, great another crappy film. But hey, after a while it gets better and better and starts to entertain as you begin to not take it so seriously anymore and start treating it more like a comedy/horror/science fiction flick.

The film is about an alien meteorite that lands on the earth which has an alien being in it (yep smacks of 'Invasion of the body snatchers' etc etc all over). This being than infests a human host and la di dah di da, you guessed it, spreads from host to host via slithering worms that enter the mouth.

The hosts need plenty of fresh flesh to keep them going and there is plenty of that to make you gag and laugh. Half way through the film the movie changes its genre to the zombie/comedy genre and this where most the laughs come into to play.

There's a couple of classic scenes that will have you in stitches, but I wont spoil that for you. All and all a good movie worth seeing 7.5/10!
