Saxondale Series 1

The delightful comic Steve Coogan plays Tommy Saxondale, a man who has lived the life of a roadie for 20 years. Unfortunately for our old roadie, he is now a pest controller in Hertfordshire England.

Still trying to live the world of a Rock 'n' Roller, Tommy may have a failed marriage behind him and is his dream career but he continues to live life in the fast lane with some hilarious results.

In series 1, Tommy experiments with everything from prostitutes to kneecapping where he eventually finds his soul mate at a T-Shirt Shop which some unexpected and entertaining sexual twists.

The star of the series is Coogan himself as he plays this social misfit who always says or does the wrong thing which is a just a pleasure to watch. Thankfully the series also contains a great commentary track by Coogan and match that with a documentary and deleted scenes featurette and you have everything you need to fulfill your Saxondale experience.

Great stuff!
