Martian Child

Martian Child the strange yet delightful drama about David (John Cusack) whose life is thrown into turmoil when his wife passes away.

When David encounters a strange boy called Dennis (Bobby Coleman), his life is given new meaning and when this child believes he is from another planet, his actions start to become even more peculiar such as talking in tongues and stealing David's pictures of his deceased wife.

It is a drama about love, loss, friendship and grieving that is successfully directed by Menno Meyjes. Although clichéd at times and sometimes strange, Martian Child is an entertaining movie that we could happily recommend for a night in front of the television.
