Hellboy II: The Golden Army

From the twisted and talented mind of director Guillermo del Toro comes Hellboy II: The Golden Army which once again returns the viewers to this demonic hero who works for a secret black ops government agency that ensures that the world of man and demon are kept apart.

For Hellboy, things have changed since we have last seem him and his relationship with Liz (Selma Blair) is on the blitz and to compound the situation, he wants the world to know that Hellboy exists.

With the dark forces once again gathering, this time the world of elves wish to reclaim the world of man by breaking an ancient pact between both races. Thankfully Hellboy is called into action with his strange supernatural team as he attempts to defeat the ancient Elf King only to discover that he is about to become a father!

Hellboy II: The Golden Army also features some great performances by Ron Perlman as our big red lug and also Selma Blair and John Hurt who really make a great team together. The special effects also compliment the great video and audio quality of the presentation.

It's classic Hellboy with fantastic special effects and a remarkable story that is masterfully directed by Guillermo del Toro which is a first class movie that fans of science fiction and the original comic book character will thoroughly enjoy.
