Fawlty Towers Volume 4 - The Germans

The next instalment of the Fawlty Towers series has finally arrived on DVD with fans of Manuel and Basil shouting for joy across the globe. Probably one of the most memorable volumes of the series, this current DVD features three extremely entertaining episodes. For those unaware of the Fawlty Towers phenomena, the tale revolves around Basil Fawlty and his idyllic countryside hotel that is unfortunately run by a group of what Basil may call imbeciles. It's a very quirky humour that still dates quite well today and is recommended to all lovers of BBC comedy!.

The Germans:
Sybil goes into the hospital for toe surgery, leaving Basil to cope with a fire drill single-handed. After a couple of blows on the head, Basil tells some German guests where Germany went wrong in WWII.

The Hotel Inspectors:
Some inspectors are in town and Basil gets paranoid, so he alternately fawns over and offends his guests.

A Touch of Class:
A confidence trickster comes to stay at the hotel, just after Basil has taken an ad in a posh magazine to upgrade the clientele.
