Doomsday

Set in the United Kingdom during 2007, Doomsday focuses on a deadly virus known as the “Reaper Virus” which has erupted across the community and caused country-wide devastation in its wake.

As the UK’s government valiantly attempts to neutralize the virus, their choices are soon becoming quite limiting and they decide to build a wall around the infected area in order to prevent the entire country from being infected.

Fast forward 30 years later and all seems under control with the contaminated area a no man’s land, however when the virus breaks out again, the government organise an elite military Major named Eden Sinclair to lead a group of experts into the infected zone to find a cure for this deadly virus.

Doomsday is your classic science fiction horror movie that although parallels 21 Days Later and Will Smith's I Am Legend in certain aspects, it is still an enjoyable ride that combines elements of action, horror and the thriller genre into a movie that will make you squirm on edge and best of all, satisfied through this entertaining film.

The video quality of Doomsday is brilliant with extraordinary picture quality that is matched with Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound which sounds phenomenal through our surround sound setup. Match that with some great featurettes and this is one DVD that all lovers of this genre should have.

Definitely a movie who enjoy a thrill ride from hell!
