Doom Generation

This over the top tale of sex and general craziness takes a hold of the teen angst that we all love so much. The tales sprawls across a roadtrip, a three way relationship, sex both gay and straight and all that happens when violence and the desire for retribution are brought to the forefront of what we think about.

As the killing spree they are going on gets underway in proper the media is drawn to them like vultures and we are faced with a proposition similar to that of Oliver Stone’s Natural Born Killers.

There is a great difference between the two titles though with director Gregg Araki taking a more direct line in rubbing our nose in what he is trying to tell us. Some might find this confronting, I found it confronting yet compelling.

The quality of audio and video is up to par, however the addition of extras is pretty sparse:

Theatrical Trailer

Photo Gallery

Cast & Crew Filmographies

Give it a shot and see what you think. It’s pretty confronting but still a good watch nonetheless.
