Candy

Director Neil Armfield has produced an extremely high quality movie entitled Candy that tells the tale of the extremely attractive and free-spirited Candy (played by the talented and delightful Annie Cornish) who in her journey through life, meets Dan (played by Academy Award Nominee Heath Ledger) who could be considered Candy's complete opposite with his roguish ways.

These two characters soon become intimately involved and their two lives become one and when the hardships of reality are thrown into the mix, their relationship begins to blossom even more. Unfortunately for these two lost souls, life throws a variety of challenges at the two which they believe that together, they can beat anything.

Masterfully directed by Neil Armfield with not just the script but also the locations chosen for the movie with the two stars Cornish and Ledger really shining throughout this movie. Brilliant!

The video quality features your traditional 16:9 aspect ratio that features high quality images, sharp colours and also Dolby Digital 5.1 for that true movie experience.

There are also a plethora of extras on this disc that makes this disc a must have for those that enjoyed the movie at the cinemas or for those wanting something a little different from Hollywood norm.
