Archie's Weird Mysteries Collection (Vol.1 Box Set)

Archie’s Weird Mysteries start from the moment you pick up the collectable box set. Covered in psychedelic holographic foil, Archie’s journey begins! Things are getting weird in Riverdale, home of all-American boy and high school newspaper reporter, Archie Andrews. Ever since an experiment in the high school physics lab went awry, Riverdale has become a magnet for the stuff of which 'B-Movies' are made.

A swamp creature has taken up residence in the old swimming hole! Frankenstein's monster is hanging out in Lover's Lane! Mad scientists, werewolves, vampires, giant ants, UFO's and zombies are invading Riverdale. It's thrills, chills and a whole lot of laughs. Join Archie and his pals - beautiful Betty, Veronica, devious Reggie and eccentric Jughead - as they do their best to unravel ARCHIE'S WEIRD MYSTERIES.

Ok, I must admit that I was never a huge fan of Archie but this series actually makes you appreciate the old cartoons and the humour actually still works quite well. Featuring all the famous stars of Archie from Archie himself to the vivacious Veronica and dopey Jughead, this cartoon is great for people of all ages. The video and audio quality is dated but hey... this cartoon is old, and it's pure old school.  It's silly, it's stupid, it's thoroughly entertaining and once again recommended to geezers of all ages!
