XBox Static Skin
It’s time to pimp my
XBox 360 and no, this review has nothing to do with innuendos but for
those that have cable or watch late night television, there is a TV
series called Pimp my Ride where a rap star assists people in revamping
their old cars and Futuretronics have had similar ideas with their
latest edition to the accessory market, the static skin!
So just what is the
static skin? Well my dear reader, the Futuretronics Static Skin is a
non-permanent sticker that sticks to the front of your gaming console in
order to change its appearance from “normal” to “cool” and way out
there!
With that said, there a
variety of static skins available for the XBox 360 that depends on
personal taste and Futuretronics have a wide range available, ensuring
that almost all users are catered for.
Initially I was a
little apprehensive on installing the static skin on the XBox 360,
however after reading the instructions, I had no qualms at all in
changing the appearance of my console.
What really set me at
ease was the small label on top of the packaging that read “Easy on.
Easy off. Leaves no residue. Made from premium vinyl”. You heard it
first, leaves no mark on your XBox 360 and is made from quality vinyl to
ensure that the final product does not look cheap and nasty but
different and professional.
In conclusion, this item is available at
all good retailers and recommended to those who wish to unlock their
hidden muse!
