AGOURA HILLS, Calif. <\/strong>–<\/strong> August 16, 2010 <\/strong>–<\/strong> THQ Inc.<\/a> (NASDAQ: THQI) today announced eight World Wrestling Entertainment\u00ae<\/sup><\/a> Superstars will be featured across multiple front covers of WWE\u00ae<\/sup> SmackDown\u00ae<\/sup> vs. Raw\u00ae<\/sup> 2011<\/em><\/a>, the latest edition to the renowned simulation-based cornerstone of the company\u2019s WWE videogame portfolio.\u00a0 WWE Superstars John Cena\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong>, Big Show\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong> and The Miz\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong> are slated to appear on the front cover in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and India, while WWE Superstars Randy Orton\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong>, Undertaker\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong> and Sheamus\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong> will appear on the front cover available throughout Europe.\u00a0 Additional regional covers are expected to be announced later this year.\u00a0 WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2011 <\/em>will mark one of the few times in franchise history that multiple variations of cover artwork will be available around the world.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2011 <\/em>will also boast one of the largest rosters in franchise history with more than 70 of today\u2019s prominent WWE Superstars and WWE Divas.\u00a0 Each in-game model will feature new skin textures and movement technology, delivering the most authentic looking and moving WWE Superstars and WWE Divas ever seen in a videogame.\u00a0 In addition, a new physics system will ensure all matches and object interactions look and feel unique, dynamic and unpredictable to capture the full essence of the WWE experience.<\/p>\n
