The National Breast Cancer Foundation, Ovation Media and Irish singing sensation \u2018Celtic Woman\u2019 have entered into a landmark initiative to help raise awareness of the importance of research for the prevention and cure of breast cancer. In the coming months \u2018Celtic Woman\u2019, who are set to tour Australia in October and November, will participate in a series of National Breast Cancer Foundation activities including special performances from their hit album \u201cSongs from the Heart\u201d. Fresh from their successful US tour \u2018Celtic Woman\u2019 features the phenomenal vocalists Lisa, Lynn & Chlo\u00eb, alongside the awe-inspiring Celtic violinist, M\u00e1ir\u00e9ad.<\/p>\n
Sue Murray, CEO of the National Breast Cancer Foundation is delighted to welcome the girls to the joint initiative and hopes that through their music they will encourage women of all ages to be breast-aware and to support research.
