He is the first non-USA Director.<\/p>\n<p>Gobion Rowlands said &#8220;I am extremely proud to join the board of such a dynamic and game changing festival and organization. Games for Change is known worldwide as a unique global leader promoting the use of social impact games to tackle the challenges facing us in the 21st century to educate and entertain.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Games for Change will host its 7<sup>th<\/sup> Annual Festival in New York City May 24 \u2013 27 at Parsons \u00a0The New School of Design located at 66 \u00a0West 12th Street in Manhattan. This year\u2019s Festival <a href=\"wlmailhtml:{912E957C-4F18-4B24-83B9-FA97839F0302}mid:\/\/00000202\/!x-usc:http:\/\/www.gamesforchange.org\/fest2010\">http:\/\/www.gamesforchange.org\/fest2010<\/a> has attracted a star studded lineup of speakers including its keynote presentation by Aneesh Chopra, the first U.S. Chief Technology Officer. Other confirmed speakers include former Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O\u2019Connor, \u201cLaw and Order: SVU\u201d executive producer Neal Baer, Army Brig. Gen. Loree K.
