NAMCO BANDAI Games Europe, today release new screens for Splatterhouse, <\/em><\/strong>an all new installment of the landmark 1988 arcade hit classic. This latest set of assets highlights the devastating weapons that Rick can acquire and use in game. Designated into categories such as\u00a0bludgeon, edged, and\u00a0‘extra brutal’\u00a0weapons, Rick\u2019s arsenal enables him to literally explode bodies into visceral chunks. Rick can annihilate, dismember, and utterly destroy his enemies with a menagerie weapons, including a 2×4, baseball bat, cleaver, shotgun, and the massively devastating chainsaw. When pounding flesh into malleable heaps of viscous flesh, it\u2019s good to know Rick\u2019s got options.\u00a0<\/p>\n Splatterhouse <\/em><\/strong>follows college student Rick Taylor as he embarks on a mission to rescue his girlfriend, Jennifer, who has disappeared after entering a mysterious run-down Mansion inhabited by an elusive scientist. Confronted by Dr. West and his horde of horrific abominations, Rick comes across a mystical sentient mask that promises to give him the power to reunite with Jennifer.
