Building upon an already vast catalogue of downloadable music compatible with both <strong><em>Guitar Hero<\/em>\u00ae<em> 5<\/em><\/strong> and <strong><em>Band Hero\u2122<\/em><\/strong>, the <em>Guitar Hero<\/em> music library is providing something for everyone this January.\u00a0 Fans can look forward music by Vampire Weekend, Creedence Clearwater Revival, up-and-coming blues artists Tyler Bryant, Joe Bonamassa and Scott McKeon and metal bands Shadows Fall, Amon Amarth and Dethklok.<\/p>\n<p>Guitar Hero fans will be able to experience blues music in its most raw and most pure form today with a three song track pack featuring three up-and-coming blues masters.\u00a0 The New Blues Masters Track Pack will allow players to jam to Tyler Bryant\u2019s \u201cWho I am,\u201d experience the American blues-rock styling\u2019s of Joe Bonamassa with \u201cLonesome Road Blues,\u201d or rock out to &#8220;Broken Man&#8221; by Scott McKeon.<\/p>\n<p>Celebrating the January 11 UK and January 12 US release of their newest album, <em>Contra<\/em>, Vampire Weekend returns to the <em>Guitar Hero<\/em> stage with a new three-song track pack.\u00a0 On January 15, fans can get their hands on two tracks off <em>Contra<\/em>, \u201cHoliday,\u201d and \u201cCousins,\u201d as well as \u201cThe Kids Don&#8217;t Stand a Chance,\u201d a song off their 2008 self-titled debut album <em>Vampire Weekend.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Metal fans are not forgotten this month as <em>Guitar Hero<\/em> adds three new artists to its ever-expanding line-up. Making their video game debut on January 21 are three well-known metal bands, Shadows Fall, Amon Amarth, and Dethklok.\u00a0 Players can thrash along to \u201cStill I Rise,\u201d a track of Shadows Fall sixth studio album, <em>Retribution,<\/em> &#8220;Twilight of the Thunder God&#8221; off Amon Amarths seventh studio album similarly titled, <em>Twilight of the Thunder God, <\/em>and \u201cLaser Canon Deth Sentence&#8221; off Dethkloks second full-length album, <em>Dethalbum II.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>American rock band Creedence Clearwater Revival comes to <em>Guitar Hero <\/em>on January 29 with a three song track pack full of their classic hits.
