01 June 2013, Australia <\/b>\u00a0\u2013 Electronic Arts Inc., (NASDAQ: EA) today announced the launch of a new version of the SCRABBLE\u2122 <\/i>gameon Apple\u00ae devices, Android\u2122 devices and Facebook\u00ae.<\/p>\n
Now live in Australia – under license from Mattel – for the first time ever the SCRABBLE<\/i> game is available for Android devices in six languages, including English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese.\u00a0 SCRABBLE<\/i> fans can also look forward to a free-to-download version for Apple devices, as well as a localised Facebook version of the game, which will also be offered in the same six languages.<\/p>\n
Additionally, this new version of the game will add authenticity with the addition of the Collins and Larousse Official word lists.<\/p>\n
Players in other markets will also have access to the new dialect versions, bringing together global audiences with never-before-seen language support and availability on new platforms.
