As New York Comic Con gets ready to begin, Marvel reveals a brand new promotion and limited time price drop for their critically acclaimed mobile title,\u00a0Avengers Initiative,<\/em>\u00a0and exciting new content for their smash hit Facebook game,\u00a0Marvel: Avengers Alliance<\/em>:<\/p>\n

Avengers Initiative (Mobile Game):\u00a0<\/strong>For the duration of New York Comic Con, from October 11 \u2013 14 EST,\u00a0Avengers Initiative<\/em>, Marvel\u2019s first episodic game created exclusively for mobile devices, is giving the Gladiator Hulk costume away for free! This unique costume provides players with additional bonuses as they battle their way through a barrage of super-powered criminals who have escaped from a top-secret S.H.I.E.L.D. holding facility.\u00a0 Marvel is also offering this critically-acclaimed brawler for a limited time at\u00a0\u00a0$2.99 AUD \/\u00a0$4.19 NZD<\/p>\n

Marvel: Avengers Alliance (Social Game):\u00a0<\/strong>The\u00a0Marvel: Avengers Alliance<\/em>\u00a0team just recently stepped up their competitive Player vs. Player scene with a new tournament system that offers amazing exclusive rewards for the most dedicated of all S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents. Players will be placed into tournament \u201cleagues\u201d determined by their PVP performance with prizes awarded based on a leaderboard system. Tournament \u201cseasons\u201d will last approximately one month. At the end of each PVP season players will earn rewards based on their league placement, receiving their current league\u2019s reward plus all those beneath it.<\/p>\n

By competing often enough, players become ranked in the Adamantium League for a chance to win the ultimate prize for the first season \u2013 the exclusive playable Deadpool!<\/p>\n
