Sydney, Australia \u2013 September 28, 2012 \u2013 Disney launched today \u201c10 Days of Frankenweenie,\u201d\u00a0 a new free level pack for the hit mobile game Where\u2019s My Water? Free. Inspired by Disney\u2019s stopmotion\u00a0 animated film \u201cFrankenweenie,\u201d directed by acclaimed filmmaker Tim Burton, the level pack\u00a0 features new black and white levels that combine the film\u2019s retro look and feel with the gameplay of\u00a0 Where\u2019s My Water?.<\/p>\n
Players of Where\u2019s My Water? Free will enjoy the new movie-themed comic panel featuring\u00a0 Sparky, the beloved dog from the film, in addition to the \u201cFrankenweenie\u201d-themed locked level\u00a0 icons, collectibles and more. \u201c10 Days of Frankenweenie\u201d also features a brand-new soundtrack \u00a0inspired by the film, including a Danny Elfman-esque theme featuring a child choir, all new music mixes for the levels and spooky sound effects.<\/p>\n
From creative genius Tim Burton (\u201cAlice in Wonderland,\u201d The Nightmare Before Christmas\u201d) comes \u201cFrankenweenie,\u201d a heartwarming tale about a boy and his dog. After unexpectedly losing his beloved dog Sparky, young Victor harnesses the power of science to bring his best friend back to life\u2014with just a few minor adjustments. He tries to hide his home-sewn creation, but when Sparky gets out, Victor\u2019s fellow students, teachers and the entire town all learn that getting a new \u201cleash on life\u201d can be monstrous.<\/p>\n
A stop-motion animated film, \u201cFrankenweenie\u201d was filmed in black and white and rendered in 3D. The talented voice cast includes: Catherine O\u2019Hara, Martin Short, Martin Landau, Charlie Tahan, Atticus Shaffer, Robert Capron, Conchata Ferrell and Winona Ryder.<\/p>\n
