Tickets are on sale now!<\/strong><\/p>\n

This special event will precede the Blu-ray release of \u201cStar Trek: The Next Generation \u2013 The First Season\u201d on sale 1 August.<\/p>\n

Painstakingly retransferred from the original source material during its ongoing multimillion dollar restoration, this special anniversary event celebrating the debut of \u201cStar Trek: The Next Generation \u2013 The First Season\u201d Blu-ray on 1 August will feature two of the most popular episodes from the restored first season, \u201cWhere No One Has Gone Before\u201d (Ep. 106) and \u201cDatalore\u201d (Ep. 114). The episodes were handpicked by well-known \u201cStar Trek\u201d experts and restoration consultants, Mike and Denise Okuda, who chose \u201cWhere No One Has Gone Before\u201d for its beautiful space imagery and the Data-centric \u201cDatalore\u201d because the character played by Brent Spiner has long been a fan favourite.<\/p>\n

In addition to the two episodes, which will be introduced by the Okudas, fans will also be among the first to get a glimpse of the brand-new special features including interviews with the team behind the restoration as they discuss the process and countless man-hours dedicated to the upgrade of \u201cThe Next Generation.\u201d<\/p>\n

The evening will conclude with an extended preview of the Season 2 Blu-ray. Tickets for \u201cStar Trek: The Next Generation 25th<\/sup> Anniversary Event\u201d are now on sale at participating cinema box offices.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
