Friday 23rd<\/sup> March 2012 –<\/strong>\u00a0SEGA Japan and PlatinumGames today announced the Japanese pre-order campaign for ANARCHY REIGNS. Japanese players\u00a0who pre-order the game\u00a0will be able to play with the famous Bayonetta character in the online multiplayer modes\u00a0of ANARCHY REIGNS.<\/p>\n

This\u00a0announcement\u00a0is\u00a0dedicated to\u00a0the\u00a0Japanese\u00a0market\u00a0only but we can now confirm that\u00a0the\u00a0Bayonetta\u00a0character will also be included in the Western version of the game. Please wait for more information from your local SEGA office or distributor to announce plans\u00a0for\u00a0ANARCHY REIGNS in your territory during the coming\u00a0weeks.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00a0In additions to this, we\u2019re also announcing two new great features of ANARCHY REIGNS:\u00a0<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Added to the campaign mode in which you will be able to play Jack and Leo\u2019s stories, the game has many multiplayer modes. Four of them have already been revealed (Deathmatch, Battle Royale, Survival and Death Ball) and we can now announce that in total there are no less than 11 very different multiplayer modes available in ANARCHY REIGNS!\u00a0<\/p>\n

–\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 As usual with PlatinumGames, a new threshold is crossed when they move into a new genre and this is the time for online multiplayer brawlers to take a step forward. Depending on the players mode you don\u2019t only have 2, 4 or 8 players fighting each-other online, no way, you will have to up to 16 (that\u2019s sixteen!) players confronting one another at any one time. So be ready for a new scale in the Melee Combat!\u00a0<\/p>\n

ANARCHY REIGNS will be available July 3rd<\/sup>\u00a0 2012 for PlayStation\u00ae3 and Xbox 360\u2122 in the USA, July 5th<\/sup> in Australia and July 6th<\/sup> \u00a0in the European territories.\u00a0<\/p>\n
