SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA – August 19th<\/sup> 2011<\/strong> \u2013 Following the announcement of TEKKEN\u2122 3D for Nintendo 3DS\u2122 in June, NAMCO BANDAI Games Europe today unveiled the game’s full name, TEKKEN 3D PRIME EDITION<\/em><\/strong>, and in a new industry first revealed that the forthcoming full-length animated feature film TEKKEN Blood Vengeance <\/em>will be included on the game cartridge in full 3D.<\/p>\n

TEKKEN 3D PRIME EDITION <\/em><\/strong>for Nintendo 3DS will see the famous King of Iron Fist Tournament fought in the third-dimension for the first time, with the unique functionality of the Nintendo 3DS delivering a more realistic and dynamic TEKKEN\u2122 experience.\u00a0 Players will choose from among more than 40 characters and do battle on totally new stages alongside others redesigned especially for Nintendo 3DS. TEKKEN 3D PRIME EDITION<\/em><\/strong> will make the most of the Wi-Fi functionality of the Nintendo 3DS, and deliver fast-paced dynamic battles with impressive graphics running at a high frame rate.<\/p>\n

For the first time on Nintendo 3DS, a full-length CG movie will be available on the game cartridge. TEKKEN Blood Vengeance <\/em>is produced by Digital Frontier (Resident Evil: Degeneration, Death Note, Appleseed) and directed by Youichi Mouri (opening movies for TEKKEN 5 and TEKKEN 6: Bloodline Rebellion). Taking the history and legacy of the TEKKEN universe into a full-length CG movie, TEKKEN Blood Vengeance<\/em> will be included on the TEKKEN 3D PRIME EDITION<\/em><\/strong> cartridge, in full 3D.<\/p>\n
