In the second \u2018<strong><em>Bodycount<\/em>: Behind the Bullets\u2019<\/strong> video series, the team from Codemasters\u00ae Studios Guildford showcase the latest turbo-charged gameplay and discuss the design principles that define this unique game-world. The video is now playing at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/bodycountgame\">http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/bodycountgame<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"349\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/pOBYKvqPCIk?hd=1\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The \u2018<strong>Behind The Bullets Part 2: The World<\/strong>\u2019 video explores how <strong><em>Bodycount<\/em><\/strong>\u2019s art direction, class-based enemies and setting come together to deliver the perfect platform for chaotic firefights. As the developers discuss their determination to step into \u201cdifferent territory\u201d, gameplay footage shows some of <strong><em>Bodycount<\/em><\/strong>\u2019s gameplay highlights, including shredding tech, its cover-lean mechanic and AI that work together to deliver aggressive, distinct and exaggerated arcade gunplay.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou feel like you\u2019re really kicking the ass out of the world,\u201d said <strong>Max Cant<\/strong>, <strong>Art Director<\/strong>. \u201cThere\u2019s so much environmental destruction, you\u2019re never going to get the same playthrough twice, each building will be different.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Game Director Andy Wilson<\/strong> added \u201c<em>Bodycount<\/em>\u2019s AI is completely class-based. On top of that we\u2019ve got three factions, the army, the militia and the Target. Whenever these factions meet, they\u2019ll fight in a completely dynamic way and that class-based behaviour on both sides will dictate how that battle plays out.
