Sydney, Australia \u2013 July 26, 2011 \u2013<\/strong> Ubisoft has announced that Assassin\u2019s Creed Embers<\/em>, a new computer generated animated short movie, will ship when Assassin\u2019s Creed Revelations<\/em> hits store shelves November 15. Assassin\u2019s Creed Embers<\/em> will expand on the final chapter of the life of master assassin Ezio Auditore and a journey that has spanned more than four decades.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The animated short, developed by UbiWorkshop, will be available with the Assassin\u2019s Creed Revelations<\/em> Animus Edition, with the Collector\u2019s Edition, and for digital download on Xbox LIVE\u00ae<\/sup> Marketplace for the Xbox 360\u00ae <\/sup>video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and PlayStation Network.<\/p>\n

Initially launched in 2007, the first three Assassin\u2019s Creed\u00ae<\/sup> games have sold more than 28 million units worldwide, and the franchise is now established as one of the best-selling series on next generation consoles. Recognised for having some of the richest, most engrossing storytelling in the industry, Assassin\u2019s Creed has transcended video games, branching out into other entertainment experiences including comic books, Facebook games, novels, short films and more.<\/p>\n
