Four out of seven top rated products driven by BitDefender technology<\/p>\n
BUCHAREST, Romania \u2013 April 19, 2011 – BitDefender\u00ae, an award winning provider of innovative Internet security solutions, has received its best-ever rating in the latest detection test from respected independent organisation AV Comparatives.<\/p>\n
The test examined leading antivirus products for both rate of detection and false positives, scoring them in four categories depending on performance \u2013 \u201cadvanced +\u201d, \u201cadvanced\u201d, \u201cstandard\u201d and \u201ctested\u201d. Seven products, including BitDefender Antivirus Pro 2011, were awarded the top \u201cadvanced+\u201d rating, and four of these use BitDefender technology.<\/p>\n
