Tony Robinson of Black Adder returns in another entertaining, disgusting and informative look at the worst jobs in history. There are quite a few people in the 21st century who believe that they have the worst job on the planet but Robinson delves into some that can truly be considered the worst jobs in history that uses humour, information and entertainment in this strangely compelling documentary. Best of all, Robinson simply doesn't tell the viewer about the jobs but he actually attempts to get involved in these jobs that will leave some viewers squirming in their chairs. Each episode contains around 10 different jobs such as the "Gut Girl" from Episode 4 or "Royal Washer Woman" from Episode 2 that will make most people thank the job they have and you might want to show this DVD to the select unemployed who refuse to get jobs because nothing is worse than these jobs. Even though these jobs are sometimes utterly disgusting, they were the foundation of British society. The video quality of Worst Jobs in History Season 2 is presented in glorious 16:9 widescreen with Dolby Digital 2.0 stereo to almost immerse you into these strange jobs. Definitely recommended viewing. It should also be noted that Season 1 of this documentary has not yet been released on DVD. Episodes Episode 1: The Worst Urban Jobs In History |
