With a cover that is reminiscent of The Beatles, The Wiggles Let's Eat is a true music extravaganza which features over 30 songs and even Australian musical legends, Mental as Anything to deliver a fun packed musical treat for its fans. Once again, Murray Cook, Jeff Fatt, Anthony Field and Sam Moran (we still miss the original Wiggle), even though Sam is almost equally cool don those colourful skivvies in order to bring The Wiggles to life on DVD. As soon as the DVD was put in, my two kids seemed to get possessed and started singing, dancing and spinning around in glee. The best part of The Wiggles is that the songs are quite easy to follow and even for us parents, we were humming these songs days and even weeks later. Apart from Mental as Anything, The Wiggles are also joined by the usual gang of suspects that include Dorothy the Dinosaur, Captain Feathersword and a few other guest stars and they dance and sing. There are 31 fun filled songs to be exact which are as follows;
Let’s Cook Even after you have watched this DVD again and again and then some, there's more on this disc than just the main feature. Add in a fun behind the scenes segment with Mental as Anything, a visit to the Wiggles Studio, Sam Moran chats about his new baby Eloise, a photo gallery and a Dorothy the Dinosaur song, it all comes together nicely. This is the perfect DVD for Christmas and just about every day of the year which is presented in 16:9 widescreen with vibrant colours, sharp images and perfect audio to compliment the fun songs. Recommended to all parents who want a few hours of peace! |
