Zombie fever descends on Oz Comic-Con Perth and Adelaide this April
It’s zombies galore at Oz Comic-Con Perth and Adelaide this April, with undead themed activities taking over the event across both weekends.
Oz Comic-Con has teamed up with Fox Entertainment and the Academy of Interactive Entertainment to bring an amazing The Walking Dead themed Green Screen experience to Adelaide. South Australian Fans will be able to take home footage of themselves immersed in a scene straight from The Walking Dead, alongside Rick, Daryl or Michonne and the terrifying walkers. For zombie fans, there’s no better keepsake to take home from Oz Comic-Con Adelaide.
Around 12PM on both Saturday and Sunday at each event Oz Comic-Con will also be invaded by zombies from the Perth and Adelaide Zombie Walk societies. The show floor will be overrun by the undead in what is sure to be an unmissable highlight of the weekend.
In addition, The Walking Dead stars Chad Coleman (Tyreese Williams) and Sonequa Martin-Green (Sasha Williams) will be in attendance at Oz Comic-Con Perth and Adelaide to meet fans and take part in Q&A panels across the weekend. On the Saturday night of each event, Coleman and Martin-Green will be taking part in a dinner with their biggest fans, but tickets are strictly limited so interested attendees should act now to avoid disappointment.
Coleman and Martin-Green will be hosting a Q&A panel at 5PM on the Saturday of each event, and following the panel a special encore screening of The Walking Dead season five finale will air. With the finale set to be the most shocking yet, this is one event fans of The Walking Dead won’t want to miss!
Oz Comic-Con will be held at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre on April 11-12 and at the Adelaide Showgrounds on April 18-19 and will feature a wide range of fun activities for attendees to enjoy, as well as a variety of film, television, voice actor and comic book guests.
