Wacom expands Australian distribution appointing MacGear Group

Wacom Australia has signed MacGear Group as distributor of its full product line, expanding the company’s distribution channels throughout Australia.  Wacom’s products include interactive pen tablets and displays used for creativity as well as our  expanding range of digital stationery products, which will all be distributed to a number of MacGear’s retailers from May 2017.

Wacom Australia Managing Director Shane Cook says, “We are excited to have inked this deal with MacGear. Our products will make an exciting addition to their range in a category that is seeing much growth.

Wacom ticks all the boxes with products that educate, entertain and fascinate and we look forward to seeing many more in creative hands.” Wacom’s recently released Intuos Pro is one of many devices that will be distributed by MacGear. Launched during CES in Las Vegas earlier this year, the new generation Intuos Pro provides a wealth of new features and benefits to artists, designers and photographers who demand the very best from their creative tools.

MacGear Sales Director Jeremy Sedley says, “We are delighted to partner with Wacom.  MacGear aims to bring to market only leading brands within their category, which makes Wacom a very natural and welcomed addition to our portfolio. We will be distributing the Wacom product range to all channels across our extensive distribution network.”
