Adding to this release is a fun little introduction from the film about aliens from the DUPLO planet attacking bricksburg as Emmett and his team of heroes must overcome impossible odds!
Like previous books from DK, The LEGO® MOVIE 2™: The Awesomest, Most Amazing, Most Epic Movie Guide in the Universe is beautifully presented with some stunning images of this LEGO world that are almost bursting from the pages, including super bright colours courtesy of the high quality paper stock. Apart from all the “awesome’ characters in the film, it also focuses on the minifigures which makes this book ideal for collectors.
The creators of this book also give some great attention to the main characters of the film (e.g. Emmett and Batman), including its fun and totally over the top villains but I also like how it mentions others like Benny, Rex and newcomer Balthazar. Add in a blurb about the characters and some great fun facts and The LEGO® MOVIE 2™: The Awesomest, Most Amazing, Most Epic Movie Guide in the Universe gives you just enough information. Needless to say, there’s plenty to keep you interested in, especially the fantastic images that are littered throughout this book.

There’s plenty of interesting facts, double page spreads that when all put into the LEGO spinner, gives you a book that you will probably revisit more than once.
