Oz Comic-Con Melbourne to host Australian Qualifiers for Dead or Alive Festival
CouchWarriors in partnership with Team Ninja and Oz Comic-Con are proud to be hosting the Australian Qualifier tournament for the Dead Or Alive Festival on Sunday, 28 June at Oz Comic-Con Melbourne. The Dead or Alive Festival is a special exhibition tournament taking place in Tokyo, Japan on 1 August, 2015
This is a unique opportunity for Australians interested in fighting games to be a part of the tournament hosted at Oz Comic-Con Melbourne. The Qualifier tournament will see gamers battling it out in Dead or Alive 5: Last Round.
A range of games are available and players of all levels are welcome, including beginners as there will be a fun community and plenty of casual friendly matches running.
The winner of the Australian Qualifier Tournament at Oz Comic-Con Melbourne will be awarded with a qualified spot in the Top 8 of the Japanese Festival along with flights and accommodation in Tokyo for the event! There, they will battle the best in the world from Japan, Europe, and the USA.

Oz Comic-Con Melbourne will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on Saturday, 27 June and Sunday, 28 June, with doors open from 9am-6pm each day. Tickets are on-sale now from OzComicCon.com, and photograph and autograph tokens can also be pre-purchased from the online store.
