Marvel’s Spider-Man for PlayStation 4 swings to a record-breaking opening
PlayStation Australia today shared the news that Marvel’s Spider-Man on PlayStation 4 has set the new record with over 3.3 million units sold in the first three days of launch. It is now the fastest-selling first-party PlayStation title.
USA Today reports that the game was the highest pre-ordered in Sony Interactive Entertainment’s history, with over one million copies sold ahead of launch.
Launching next month on 23rd October, the upcoming DLC Marvel’s Spider-Man: The City that Never Sleeps, is available now to pre-order on PlayStation Store.
