This intricate story about the international drug trade is performed by an all star cast to show the fight by law enforcement against the drug cartels. The drug problem stems from the highest levels of US Government, then descending to street level in Mexico where the only way a cop can make a living is by falling into corruption.

Brilliant performances by every single actor in this movie will drag you kicking into the seedy world of drugs and illicit law enforcement. Traffic is a savage ride that will leave a dirty taste in your mouth.

I have not seen movie with such vision in a long long time. The storylines weave in and out of each other but are so succinctly  told that you do not lose track of the overall vision.

Traffic is compelling and a must have addition to any true movie connoisseurs' collection. The only letdown to this disc is the absence of any extras other than the theatrical trailers. A movie of this depth and substance would have been fascinating to have featured commentary and interviews with the actors to see how they felt taking part in such a story as Traffic.
