Don't Try this at Home: The Steve-O Video (Vol II) - The Tour Video is probably the most outrageous and most disgusting thing that I have ever had the pleasure of reviewing on DVD. Whereas the original series of the title was mildly entertaining, The Tour Video just enforces the perception that mankind is doomed. The DVD is basically a compilation of outtakes from Steve-O's "Don't Try This at Home" road show that although starts with mildly amusing anecdotes, soon turns into a diabolical and sick adventure. For instance, an attractive young girl called "Dee" is chosen from the audience to let Wee-Man fondle her attributes to a cheering crowd but later on... backstage, Steve-O, Wee-Man and Preston Lacey coax this girl into lighting her breasts on fire and what starts as a mild joke, turns into a disturbing act of stupidity with Lacey commentating that she was on fire too long.

The DVD also features Steve-O trashing hotel rooms, shaving his pubic hair off to roll it into a joint for one of his friends to smoke, a stranger they pick who gets coaxed into damaging a persons car and then smashing his skateboard over his head, Steve-O persuading his pregnant sister to do a cartwheel while his disgusted father stands by and Steve-O (a little too often) flashing his penis to the camera. This is easily one of the most abysmal DVD's that I have ever watched and if Steve-O (god forbid) ever dies in stunt related accident, he will easily be a contender for the Darwin awards. This DVD showcases what alcohol and drugs do to socio-economically deprived and uneducated people. Unfortunately the "bad" moments of this DVD outweigh the "good" and my respect for the Jackass crew has considerably plummeted.

Video

The video quality of "The Tour Video" is a huge improvement over the previous DVD in the series and although nothing impressive, it is still quite viewable to see stupid people injuring themselves.

Audio

The audio quality of the disc is rather clear and audible, considering that some of the footage was filmed with handy cams but fortunately the Jackass style of music is once again here to save this abysmal DVD.

Extras

When it comes to extras... this DVD has none!

Don't Try This at Home: The Steve-O Video (Vol. II) - The Tour Video is easily one of the most disturbing things that I have ever seen and without MTV's conscience, Steve-O is just another fool with a camera.
