Shred

Tom Green is still alive and yes, he's still up to his old antics in this over the top comedy about two washed up snowboarders from the 90's. Apart from starring the bizarre and charismatic Tom Green, the film stars Dave England as Max and Jason 'Renee Renee' Bothe as Eddie, two bumbling idiots who get involved in all sorts of antics.

For the uninitiated, Dave England was one of the members of Jackass and yes, he brings his strange wackiness into the movie and with Green and England onboard, this movie is definitely not for everyone in terms of their "unique" humour.

As they attempt to re-live and recapture their former glory, they decide to share their knowledge with the next generation of snowboarders and of course, things never go right.

The story is really bad as is the acting from all involved which features gutter humour and scantily clad women. Although it has some entertaining moments, Shred feels like the director David Mitchell is attempting to re-live and recapture those classic comedy movies from the 80's with a healthy dose of T&A.

If you're a fan of Tom Green, than you'll definitely enjoy it, however our one testicular lead is a little stale these days. Shred may not be the most entertaining movie on the planet but for some, it's definitely worth a looksie.
