MasterClass
Featuring over 25 of the most popular cooking classes from Series 2

I love eating but unfortunately I'm not the world's greatest cook and when I see the "Master" chefs on TV cook some amazing treats, I'm always a little flabbergasted as to how they create these wonderful meals. This is where series 2 of Master Chef Australia MasterClass comes into play which showcases 25 of the best cooking classes from the last season of MasterChef.

Featuring two discs of cooking goodness and some of Australia's finest cooks, both here and internationally, this DVD will assist budding cooks in creating something different, than just traditional meat, veg and potato. Some of the lessons include Prawns in Brik Pastry with Gremolata and Aioli by Matt Moran, Luke Nguyen who makes a delicious Mango Salada with Tiger Prawns to more bizarre like crispy pig tails (no thanks) with Fergus Henderson.

Not all the recipes will tantalise but some of the more down to Earth recipes like Gary's BBQ 101 or Julie Goodwin's (former winner of MasterChef Australia) will leave your mouth watering for her scallops with cauliflower purée and bacon crumble. With that said, disc one is pretty much very difficult to follow due to the calibre of the cooks, however disc two is more down to Earth with our favourite chefs, Gary and George.

All in all, MasterChef Austraila MasterClass Series 2  is a nicely presented TV series and with a booklet that includes 15 MasterClass Recipes, this is the definitely the perfect gift for those budding cooks!

Check it out!
