A Melbourne Story

This sporting documentary revolves around a legendary boxing night in Melbourne where two best friends fought it out at a shot to enter into World Championship boxing. These boxers were Lester Ellis and Barry Michael.

The documentary is masterfully crafted by using actual archival footage from the ABC and a wide gamut of interviews recounting this legendary night. The motivation and friendship behind these two powerhouses is almost inspirational and definitely a historic night for Australian boxing.

Needless to say, a gripping documentary from start to finish and for those who have not heard about this story before, the ending was quite surprising.
