DANGER CLOSE: THE BATTLE OF LONG TAN Q&A PREVIEW SCREENINGS WITH TRAVIS FIMMEL

Australian leading man Travis Fimmel will be attending special Q&A screenings of his upcoming film DANGER CLOSE: THE BATTLE OF LONG TAN this July in Sydney.

Starring a standout Australian cast including Travis Fimmel, Luke Bracey (Point Break, Hacksaw Ridge), Daniel Webber (The Punisher, The Dirt), Nicholas Hamilton (IT), Stephen Peacocke (Hercules, Me Before You), and Richard Roxburgh (Breath, Rake), DANGER CLOSE: THE BATTLE OF LONG TAN is directed by Kriv Stenders (Red Dog), from a script by Stuart Beattie (Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, Australia).

DANGER CLOSE: THE BATTLE OF LONG TAN is a nail-biting and dramatic exploration of war illustrating heroism, mateship and the sacrifice of battle.

Ahead of the national cinema release of DANGER CLOSE: THE BATTLE OF LONG TAN, Travis Fimmel, Luke Bracey, Daniel Webber, Nicholas Hamilton, and members of the filmmaking team will appear at a special Q&A preview screening at Event Cinemas George Street on Monday July 22. Travis Fimmel will also attend a special Q&A screening at Event Cinemas Castle Hill on Tuesday July 23. Tickets are now on sale with more details below.

Travis Fimmel is best known for playing the lead role of Ragnar on four seasons of the hit series Vikings. Other big screen credits include Maggie’s Plan, starring alongside Julianne Moore, Ethan Hawke and Greta Gerwig; a leading role in Warcraft; the heist thriller Finding Steve McQueen opposite Rachael Taylor; and Andrew Haigh’s critically acclaimed Lean On Pete. He is currently filming Raised By Wolves from executive producer/director Ridley Scott.

DANGER CLOSE: THE BATTLE OF LONG TAN is releasing in Australian cinemas on August 8, 2019.
