Ironically none of this carries through to any of the action beyond a modest amount of slow motion in the setups.

The picture itself has a nice amount of detail and has no distracting issues with the HD video apart from an odd soft frame with rounded corners around the screen that I'm assuming is intentional, but is a little distracting when ones eyes wants to focus on sections of the picture around the edge. The overall colour is very muted, to an almost steel like palette, the colour certainly doesn't jump off the screen, but it remains balance as all the scenes are shot in the same manner. Detail on close ups is very respectable, without getting clinical.

The sound is sparse at best, short musical introductions (usually jazzy or electronic) are pretty much all the audio has to say outside of the actresses and actors. Little to no ambient or positional audio is present, but this isn't to be judged as a home cinema 5.1 demo by any means. The voices when dialogue is spoken however is very soft, and often I had to turn up the volume to hear exactly what was going on in the introductions. Audio during the actual fucking scenes serves it's purpose well. And is appreciatively balanced... nothing worse than howling orgasmic screams 30 decibels higher than the usual volume to put one off ones stroke, I find.
